EPSiON is the first truly usable embedded Linux-based SiLENT-PC Solution. It integrates and supports all relevant applications a typical PC end user would expect. This includes Internet Browsing, E-mail, Word Processor, Spreadsheet, MediaPlayer and the optional Java.

EPSiON is an ideal solution for a locked down Linux PC for office, schools, children and teens, giving total "parental" control on what user can or cannot do with their PC. All the functionality needed to conduct mandatory Internet research, e-mail, writing reports, creating spreadsheets to track music CDs and school projects is available. File format compatibility with Microsoft Office documents is included to allow easy swapping of files with school computer systems via USB flash media.
Software options are available, allowing EPSiON to participate on a network to access the resources of a Linux server or a Windows Terminal Server. The optional integrated VNC and rdesktop (RDP) clients allow to deploy EPSiON as a simple Thin Client.
